Central Library is a public space, there for people to appropiate.

Being in a Public Space is just like walking along the street: to meet, to observe, to interact with the community, to learn. The street penetrates the library while it is embraced by the library; they become one. as one walks through the main entrance, the library becomes present. looking up, books inevitably sorround people, attracting them to reach out. moving towards them one discovers the rest of the library: Flexible space that can be reading room, meeting place, working area, etc. connecting the library with the street and with the park it becomes evident: it is a place for all!
